Corinne Day ft. The Home & Pusherman on drug tour

Corinne Day liked rock music. She liked listing together with Kate Moss to Nirvana, The Stone Roses and Happy Monday. In 1994 Corinne Days Husband the filmmaker Mark Szaszy introduced her to the rock band ‘Pusherman’. Day and Szazsy went on tour with the band to make a “rockumentary” about the tour and lifestyle of the band. “Corinne Day loved to photograph them and their lifestyle, so it was a natural spontaneous decision to shift focus from band to Corinne and connect her work and play with the band into a story about her photography.” (Szaszy, M., 2003) A series of intimate documentary images accrued, many of them were published in her book Diary in 2000. In her the documentary ‘diary’ she made together with her husband she was telling that she made her first experience with ‘harder drug’ when she was on tour with Pusherman. The band also split up before the “rockumentary” was made because of drug problems. Pusherman was known for heroin use. Corinne also said that she went on tour with the band ‘The Home’
